1. Information We Collect We collect personal information (names, contact details) and sensitive health information (birth history, dietary habits, microbiome test results). This is collected via secure forms and during consultations.

2. How We Use Your Data Your information is used solely to provide paediatric nutrition services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security We use industry-standard encrypted Practice Management Software [e.g., Halaxy/Cliniko] to store records. In accordance with Australian law, health records for minors are retained until the child reaches age 25.

4. My Health Record (2026 Update) In line with the 2026 digital health reforms, we may have the capacity to view or upload to your child’s My Health Record. We will only do so with your explicit verbal or written consent during a consultation.
