Booking + Cancellation Policy

As a small family run paediatric clinic, we dedicate significant time to preparing for your child’s microbiome analysis. Please respect our time and the needs of other families on our waiting list.

1. Cancellation Frames

• More than 48 hours notice: You may reschedule or cancel with no fee.

• 24–48 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies.

• Less than 24 hours notice (or "No Show"): The full consultation fee (100%) is charged.

2. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late for a telehealth or in-person session, the appointment may be forfeited to ensure our other patients aren't delayed. The full fee will apply.

3. Refunds In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a consultation has been conducted or a digital microbiome plan has been delivered.
