Sleepy Time Cherry Ripe Gummies

Evenings can feel like the hardest part of the day- when little bodies are overtired, overstimulated, and finding it difficult to fully switch off.

While sleep isn’t something we can force, we can gently support the body’s natural wind-down process through small, consistent rituals.

These cherry ripe sleepy gummies were created with that in mind. A simple, nourishing addition to your evening designed to support calm, rest, and regulation in a way that feels both practical and gentle.

Tart cherry juice provides a natural source of melatonin to help regulate the sleep–wake cycle, while chocolate coconut water offers magnesium and electrolytes to support relaxation. Gelatin adds a layer of gut support, helping nourish the body overnight.

Soft, functional, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat- these gummies are a small way to support more settled evenings, and more restful nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tart Cherry Juice

  • 1 cup Chocolate Coconut Water

  • 3 tbsp Gelatin

  • 1 tsp honey

  • ¼ cup water (for blooming gelatin)

Method

  1. In a small bowl, add ¼ cup cool water and sprinkle the gelatin over the top and mix until it turns to a gel like consistency. Let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb.

  2. Gently heat the juice + coconut water in a saucepan- do not boil.

  3. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm juice + coconut water until fully dissolved. Add the honey.

  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into gummy molds. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.

  5. Pop them out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
